Organizational Capacity Assessment and Development

We conduct Organizational Capacity Assessment and Development (OCAD) to measure the overall capacity of an organization. We conduct OCA to analyze capability of an organization in six key areas: governance, organizational management, program management, human resources management, financial management, and information technology and communication. OCAD allows organizations to effectively and efficiently perform its functions and achieve its objectives and goals. We use OCA findings to develop capacity strengthening plan or action plan that maps priority areas that the organization will take to address problems and gaps.
