Princeton Development Consult (formerly Pact Consult) is a leading consultancy firm registered in Uganda to support public, private and third sector (not for profit) partners to strengthen their capacity to develop and implement programmes. The firm provides innovative, creative and impact oriented solutions to challenges facing partners in their programming and operations.
Princeton Development Consult’s Registration Number is 80020003660852. Our offices are located on Plot 36 Dr. Lucile Road, Gulu City, Uganda. The firm operates in East Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, and South Sudan).

Our Journey
Princeton Development Consult was established in 2010 as Pact Consult to support public, private and third sector (not for profit) partners to strengthen their capacity to develop and implement programmes. The change in name was effective June 2022.
Since establishment, Princeton Development Consult has become a leading consulting firm in the region and has provided consulting services to local, national and international organizations as well as government and private businesses throughout the region.
The firm has conducted consulting assignments to more than 60 clients in the region. The assignments include various advisory services, project monitoring and evaluation, research, surveys, trainings, workshops, grant proposal writing, organizational assessment and development, strategic planning and management, political campaign analysis, and report writing.
By end of 2022, we plan to open our offices in Kampala and Juba in South Sudan to effectively coordinate our consulting activities in the region. We want to establish our presence in all the countries of East Africa and beyond.
